Sellicks Chills Wine Orders
Our wine is produced from our old The Elephant Door block.        It was planted in the early 60s by the DalBello family for their own wine. Come and Stay and sit under the grapevine pergola.
There are three rows of Old Shiraz, three rows of Old Cabernet and two rows of old Grenache.  These vines are lovingly tended by us, hand pruned, hand weeded and hand picked.  We sort out the bunches as they are picked and leave only the best for our gorgeous gutsy full bodied reds.  It is a really special wine and only small quantities are produced and also not every year.
